Phillips Corporation is hiring for an experienced machine tool service professional to lead our machine maintenance program at Norfolk Navy Shipyard. Candidates should be knowledgeable in CNC preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, able to complete hands-on repairs, as well as conduct training, and supervise machine maintenance. In this key role, you will: Conduct routine maintenance on manual, CNC and production equipment. Assess and report on the condition and readiness of various types of equipment. Provide technical oversight and training to maintenance personnel. Create and maintain electronic service reports. Work with the Program Manager, Project Manager and other personnel as needed. Expert communication skills with expertise in multiple areas of metal cutting and fabrication is a plus as is military or government experience
