Overview
As a CNC Turning Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC turning machines to produce precise and high-quality components. Your role will involve setting up machines, running production jobs, and ensuring that all parts meet strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Assist in setting up CNC turning machines, including installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Operation: Operate CNC turning machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
Programming: Learn and assist in programming CNC machines, including inputting and modifying machine codes as needed.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using measuring instruments to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and checking machines for proper operation.
Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered.
